All dates, timings, and status classifications are estimates only and do not constitute guarantees of delivery, customs clearance, or carrier performance. Lineclear accepts no liability for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, port congestion, customs holds, carrier disruptions, labor actions, war, or any circumstances beyond the control of the shipper or vendor. Users are solely responsible for verifying schedules with their suppliers and logistics partners.

Estimates, not commitments

Lineclear analyzes the files you upload and applies mapping rules, transit assumptions, and scheduling logic to produce estimated arrival dates, timing gaps, and status labels such as late, tight, or on time. These outputs are planning aids. They are not binding forecasts, contractual delivery dates, or confirmations from carriers, customs authorities, vendors, or freight forwarders.

Your data drives the results

Report accuracy depends entirely on the completeness and correctness of your source exports, column mappings, transit settings, and business rules. Lineclear does not independently verify SKUs, quantities, dates, vendors, or logistics events in your underlying systems.

No guarantee of availability or outcomes

Lineclear is provided without warranty that reports will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular operational, financial, or compliance purpose. Business decisions—including production changes, purchase commitments, customer promises, or penalty exposure—remain your responsibility.

Third-party performance

Lineclear does not control and is not responsible for ERP systems, spreadsheets, carriers, ports, customs brokers, suppliers, or any third party involved in your supply chain. Delays, cancellations, reroutes, and data errors originating outside Lineclear are outside our scope.

Governing law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising from use of Lineclear shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
