Agreement

By accessing or using Lineclear, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Lineclear is a web application that helps operations teams turn CSV and Excel exports into production schedule reports with estimated timing and status classifications. Features vary by plan.

Provided as-is

Lineclear is provided as-is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. On the free tier, we make no uptime or availability guarantees.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded data, column mappings, and transit settings.
  • You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
  • You may not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or upload unlawful content.
  • You are solely responsible for business decisions made using report output. See our Disclaimer.

Free and Pro plans

The free plan includes row limits and temporary session storage as described on the site. Pro adds unlimited rows, saved mapping templates, and report history while your subscription is active.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Pro subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
  • You may cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds are issued once a report has been generated or after payment has been processed. When you cancel your Pro subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lineclear and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Lineclear is not liable for business decisions made based on report output, including production, sourcing, or customer commitment decisions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service. You may delete your account from the account page. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
